Late check-out fees are as follows:
Up to 1:00 PM: JPY 4,000 (excl. tax & service charge)
Up to 3:00 PM: JPY 8,000(excl. tax & service charge)
After 3:00 PM: One additional night’s room charge will apply.
Please note that late check-out requests are subject to availability and may not be accommodated depending on occupancy.
Breakfast Information
Breakfast is served at Komyuniti, located on the 1st floor of the hotel, from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
Hotel guests can enjoy breakfast at a special rate.

Non-Smoking Policy
Our hotel is a non-smoking facility throughout.
If smoking is confirmed in the room, or if the smell of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, or similar products is detected—even if no smoking has occurred—and the room is deemed unfit for sale to the next guest, a special cleaning fee and compensation for loss of revenue of ￥30,000 will be charged.

Purple Goes Green – Housekeeping Policy
Help us protect the environment by skipping housekeeping during your stay. Simply place the “Purple Goes Green” sign on your door.
Guests who skip housekeeping will receive a ￥1,000 credit for use at the hotel restaurant and bar.
Please note:
Towel replacement is not available on skipped days.
Housekeeping will be provided once every three days.

The entrance doors are locked from 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM.
Please use your room key to access the hotel.
Emergency Information
In case of emergency, please contact Mission Control.
Emergency exits on each floor are located in front of rooms 03 and 17
(e.g. 1203, 1217).
At YOTEL Tokyo Ginza, we have two service robots — your helpful companions during your stay.
They assist with escorting guests to their rooms and delivering amenities upon request.
